Tom began his career in 1975 at The Kislak Company (est. 1908), one of New Jersey’s oldest real estate firms, where he received numerous “Production of the Year” awards in the corporate real estate department. In 1990, he joined Resource Realty as Principal and continues as a Principal of the firm for close to 30 years. Tom has specialized in corporate and industrial real estate since 1975, primarily in the New Jersey regional market. He represents owners of property in the sale and/or leasing of warehouse and manufacturing space, as well as the sale of large tracts of land for development of corporate & industrial facilities. He has over 43 years of experience providing owners, developers, and corporate clients with the market knowledge necessary to make informed decisions on their proposed developments and/or logistic needs. Corporate clients and investors are provided extensive market statistics as they analyze their real estate needs.
