Scott has been primarily focused on assisting small to medium sized corporations locally and regionally. Nationally, Scott utilizes the global SIOR network to assist his customers. Over the course of his career, he has handled a variety of industrial, high-tech, and office real estate assignments, such as e-commerce, biotech search, major industrial consolidations, high-tech conversions, athletic facilities, 3PL, land acquisition and disposition, industrial repositioning and build-to-suit assignments. In his 35-year career, Scott has completed over 750 transactions valued at over $2 billion.
