Resource Realty is comprised of three offices, each independently owned and operated. Thomas Consiglio, SIOR, principal, manages the northern New Jersey office. Principals Thomas Nuara and Andy Rudoff oversee the central New Jersey office. Principal Jim Davis, SIOR, manages the southern New Jersey office. The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations held by Thomas Consiglio, Scott Peck, Gregory Sabato and Brian Wilson in the northern New Jersey office, as well as Jim Davis, in the southern New Jersey office, provide Resource Realty with access to a global network of more than 3,000 of the most successful and experienced brokers. This allows us to partner with qualified brokers to support not just the local and regional real estate needs of our clients, but transactions all across the U.S. and in Canada.
